I know this isn't the final bill. It may be close though because I have read Obama wants to sign it by the state of the union address, if possible. How long ago did you read it, n? Is there a class somewhere that I can take that will teach me HOW to

read one of these God-forsaken bills??? It's like the IRS regulations..

This is how we defined this.... but go here to read how we define

this... but I can't find where here is....

Do they have translators for this stuff?
