Guest guest
I was diagnosed with PSC and UC 13 years ago. For the majority of the period I have been symptom free. Unfortunately I fear the disease is becoming more aggressive. Last year for the first time the ERCP I had did not successfully open one duct. Now 11 months I had a cholangitis attack but with an ERCP scheduled on May 4th, managed to make it for that procedure. This time the ERCP could not open yet another duct. I do feel better, the nausea subsided, I still have some itching, and the pain in my right side diminished. The physician who conducted the ERCP told me to stay in touch with transplant doctors, however to date I have not been informed of a meld score and not met any transplant doctors. My next appointment with my hepatologist is in June. I have many questions in mind for this next meeting, however for those may have already been there, I would welcome your input.
