Is it ok to post something off-topic?

I got this email with the subject line: What makes elfa so great? I misread it

as 'what makes eRfa so great?' and was sure it's coming from this group.

But when I checked I saw it was coming fronm a site that sells a certain

home-organizing system which they call 'elfa'.

just made me chuckle.
