Guest guest
I'm taking iron to increase my ferritin, and also taking T3. I've read elsewhere that the iron should be taken at least 4 hours a part from thyroid meds. Is this accurate? I have my T3 doses split up into 5 doses throughout the day. Do I just need to condense my T3 doses enough to take the iron at night, 4 hours a part from the T3? Should the iron be taken at the same time as anything else? Like food or other supplements? I'm currently taking D3, calcium, and magnesium at night. Thanks for the help. a
