Dear CARD Families, Friends and South Florida Autism Community: Today we lost a very dear friend, a longtime supporter of CARD, and a great and tireless advocate for those with autism spectrum disorders and related disabilities. Sequenzia, wife of Autism Society of Florida President Ven Sequenzia, passed away after battling valiantly to overcome her illness. was a remarkable woman who fought with great pride for the rights and dignity of all those with disabilities. We all loved her very much. Her spirit and energy inspired all those who met her. While leaves behind a loving husband and daughter, as well as countless friends and colleagues, her legacy is one that surely will live on for generations to come. Sincerely, Dr. Alessandri *If you would like to be added to our email list, please click here: http://www.umcard.org/contact.php.
