,

I didn't see anything that set off alarm bells but I didn't check each

ingredient either. You might want to call Phil who is a

medication/lactation expert. His number is beware it is a 900

number so does cost more than a regular long distance but its a great

resource. :D

Dietary Supplement?

Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone was familiar with

LifeCharge Dietary Supplements? My hubby is starting

this program and these caplets sound like something I could

actually take. Most energy/vitamin supplements I've found

have bee pollen or royal jelly both of which I'm allergic

to. I wouldn't hesitate except I'm not sure if any of the

ingredients would be a problem while breastfeeding. Here's

the list:

Vitamin A 5000IU

Vitamin C 60mg

Vitamin D 400IU

Vitamin E 30IU

Thiamin 1.5mg

Riboflavin 1.7mg

Niacin 20mg

Vitamin B6 2mg

Folate 400mcg

Vitamin B12 25mcg

Pantothenic acid 10mg

Proprietary Blend - 350mgs

Korean ginseng root (4% ginsenosides)

Trimethylglycine HCL (TMG)

Creatine monophosphate

octacosanol concentrate (50,000 ppm)

pyridoxal-alpha-ketoglutarate,

N'N-dimethylglycine (DMG)

inosine monophosphate

Kola nut extract (20% methylxanthines)

peppermint leaf

lemon verbena herb

cinnamon bark

chamomile flower

ginger root

tangerine peel

licorice root

chicory root

Dahlulin (dahlia inulin juice complex)

Proprietary Blend - 350mgs

Calcium lactate

calcium citrate

magnesium citrate

sodium chloride

potassium chloride

DL-Methionine

choline bitartrate

inositol

L-carnitine

RNA & DNA from yeast

Siberian ginseng root

ho-shou-wu root

celery seed

meadowsweet herb

feverview herb

devil's claw root

licorice root

tumeric rhizome

white willow bark

Whew... sorry such a long list - I didn't realize until I

started typing it! If anyone knows if any of that stuff

would hurt my milk supply please let me know. (Or if it

would be bad for dd of course!) Milk supply and

breastfeeding are going great so far. I have about 25 pounds

to lose which I figure will take awhile. I would like to

improve my energy level though - I'm so fatigued all the

time. (HaHa - I only have a 3 month old, 3 yr old & 6 yr old

- Why should I be tired!?!) Thanks for the help, ~Kris
