Guest guest
Dear Liane, I would like to 2nd Michele's Thank you, dear! This is very helpful for I had no idea of so many ways to breathe to stimulate the brain in so many healing ways! Amazing post, I must try them! One I believe I have seen Deepak Chopra briefly talk about but this is wonderful, many techniques for many calming and stimulating ways to help our brain which in turn helps us mind, body, and spirit overall! Namaste, dear friend!!
