That said, I think legally, you're supposed to - it's considered a lotion or

cosmetic, and I believe all those need to be tested for " goobers " and the

like - before you don't have to put the warning.

Hi Anne Marie....that warning statement really bugs me, you know the " Warning

the safety of this product has not been established " or what ever it is. Who

the heck is gonna buy your products with that on it??!!

I don't know about anyone else but if you think about it, all the ingredients

used in my lotion bars (beeswax, cocoa butter, shea butter, almond, avocado

and calendula oil) are the very same ingredients that I could use in any of

my soaps (which are not required to be labeled). go figure!.....

You would think that with the possibility of a soap being harsh due to lye if

the soap wasn't made properly, that of all products, 'soap' would be the

product needing the warning label not a lotion bar.

Now if it is a true lotion meaning it has some form of water in it, yeah,

then I would definitely want to get that tested. But being small as I am at

this point, could I afford it? heck no!

OK, I'm done grumbling...
