Guest guest
Hi , my understanding is you need to take at least as much time off as you were on. So, if you got into a round 2 days, missed a dose and had to stop the round, you need to wait at least another 2 days before starting a new round. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong! in Illinois

Guest guest
I am starting round #3 this evening at 10mg every 4 hours (3 days on) and I must comment that I have a particularly hard time with the very middle of the night dose. I set the alarm, take the dose, and then stay up the rest of the night. I did this for 3 days straight and was exhausted...I do NOT ever go back to sleep once awoken and this is a huge issue for me. I want to SKIP THAT DOSE.I know the answer..but what are my options? Btw, I saw my traditional allopathic neuro and showed him my hair test and RBC element test with the extremely high mercury levels and he did admit, damn these are very high. When I said my other doc wanted me to start chelation (not telling him I had already started), he said please don't. It will make you very sick. Just stop eating fish and the mercury will eventually go. We all know otherwise but I found his opinion amusing at best. In previous appts, he has told me to prepare to go into a nursing home within 6 months and to put my son in foster care or send to his grandmom..I ignore him. Guest guest
I think you need to coinsider exactly what you do when you take your night-time doses, and what is necessary. I set up 3 alarm clocks so that I just have to put out an arm & turn off the alarm without re-setting the clock. I have the 3 capsules in the top of a bottle next to them with a plastic bottle of water. This way I do not have to think, I just take the capsule with a mouthful of liquid & am back to sleep - my husband does not even stir. I would like to add that I feel much better taking 3 hourly at night as well rather than having 1 or 2 x4hourly doses of ALA at night. My first round of chelation, I too found difficult at night, so that is why I have simplified my night routine to the minimum amount of effort & no brain work.
