HI ALL, I GOT THIS TODAY FROM MY SHEEHANS GROUP, SO CHRISPY IS LEGIT

AND HAVE YOU TRIED IT?

BlankHi All, especially ,

After the stress and strain you've been under of late no wonder you're

in pain. I know you have mentioned having Fibromyalgia (spelling?) and

so have many others in this group. It seems to go hand in hand with

being Hypopit. Unfortunately most doctors here don't seem to believe

in it. I asked my doc whether I could have it as I have suffered

increasing all over pain for a couple of years now. It is worse in my

hands and they ache all the time. Also the pain in my legs and feet is

getting bad now and at night I ache all over. The pain gets so bad I

often wake up several times a night and then can't get back to sleep

through the pain. The doctor didn't seem to think I had this problem

as he said the pain is usually worst across the shoulders, which isn't

the case with me. My husband has suffered all over aches and pains for

years. He does suffer gout but the medication for this doesn't ease

the all over aching.

Now I will get to the point. I think I've found a cure. I order

alternative medicines through the Internet, such as St. 's Wort and

calcium supplements. The company I deal with have a new product called

Fibro Muscle Soothe (Oral Powder) After must procrastination I decided

it was worth a try. IT WORKS. Both and I felt the aching and

pain ease within a few days of taking the stuff, twice daily. Now the

only thing that wakes me up is 's snoring and I can get off again

as I'm not in pain all the time. I just wish it worked on the severe

arthritis in my hip.

Now I know you don't have the same Golden Glow natural medicine company

over there, so I will list the ingredients in case any of you want to

see if there is something similar you can get there.

Magnesium amino acid chelate 75mg (equiv. Magnesium 15 mg)

Sodium chloride 25 mg. (equiv. Sodium 9.8 mg)

Potassium Aspartate 25 mg. (Equiv. Potassium 5 mg.)

Zinc Gluconate 38.5mg. (Equiv. Zinc 5 mg.)

Copper Gluconate 250 micrograms (Equiv. copper 35 micrograms)

Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate 1.5 mg (Equiv. Manganese 487.5

micrograms)

r,s-alpha Lipoic Acid 20 mg

Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vit B1) 12.5 mg.

Nicotinamide 50 mg

Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vit. B6) 25 mg.

Glutamine 250 mg.

Acetyllevocarnitine Hydrochloride 25 mg

Selenomethionine 32.5 micrograms (Equiv. Selenium 13 micrograms.)

Inulin 336.26 mg.

Excipients Include: Malic Acid 625 mg.

Phew that was hard slogger typing all that gobbledegook.

It states that this product does contain Selenium which is toxic in

high dosages and not to exceed 100 micrograms daily. The twice daily

dose is way below this level. I don't know which ingredients work the

best in this stuff or whether it is just the well balanced combination.

All I know is that it really relieves the pain. Both and I are

very sceptical of many of these alternative medicines, but all we know

is this one really works for us, as does St 's Wort. has

suffered unexplained pain for years and years and only wishes this

medicine was available long ago. It's great! Struth now I sound like

an advertisement! Hope there is something similar over there for those

of you who are in pain.

Fibromyalgia

ARTICLE:

Fibromyalgia

By Jaynes, MH

Fibromyalgia (or " FM " for short) is a complex,

chronic condition which causes widespread pain and fatigue as well as a

variety of other symptoms.

The name fibromyalgia comes from " fibro " meaning

fibrous tissues (such as tendons and

ligaments), " my " meaning muscles, and " algia " meaning

pain.

Unlike arthritis, FM does not cause pain or swelling in

the joints. Rather, it produces pain in the soft

tissues located around joints and in skin and organs throughout the

body.

Because FM has few symptoms that are outwardly visible, it

has been nicknamed " the invisible disability "

or the " irritable everything " syndrome. The pain of FM

usually consists of diffuse aching or burning described as " head‑to‑toe " ,

and it is often accompanied by muscle spasm.

Pain can vary in severity from day to day and change location, becoming more

severe in parts of the body that are used the most (i.e., neck, shoulders,

and feet). In some people, it can be so intense that it interferes with

the performance of even simple tasks, while in others it may cause only

moderate discomfort. Likewise, the fatigue of FM also varies from

person to person ranging from a mild, tired feeling to the exhaustion of a

flu‑like illness.

Although the exact prevalence of FM in the U.S. population

has not been thoroughly studied, conservative estimates place the total

between 4 and 6 million. Other experts believe the true number is

closer to 10 million. An estimated 80% of sufferers are women, most of

them working age.

Symptoms and syndromes associated with FM:

Pain, fatigue, stiffness, headaches, facial pain, sleep disturbances, cognitive disorders, digestive

complaints, genito‑urinary problems,

paresthesia (numbness or tingling), disequilibrium, restless

leg syndrome, sensory sensitivity/allergic symptoms, itchy, dry, or

blotchy skin, depression, and anxiety

Causes:

The causes of FM are so far unknown by the medical

community. There are several factors that may play a role in FM and

other related diseases (chronic fatigue, irritable bowel syndrome, multiple

chemical sensitivity, and Lymes disease).

Contributing factors may include:

Increased use of

chemicals in foods

Home and personal

products

Decreased nutrients in

food or lack of good food in diet

Acidic body chemistry caused by poor diet

Lack of exercise

Exposure to

environmental toxins

Exposure to vaccinations

Yeast

infections

Exposure to

pharmaceutical drugs including antibiotics

Lack

of sleep

Herbal Therapy:

Vitalerbs:

multivitamin to provide the body with increased nutrients

Jurassic Green:

alkanalizes the body creating a healing internal environment

Immuncalm: Strengthens

the immune system but does not over-stimulate it.

Skullcap: the best nerve

food available

Lower Bowel Formula:

helps the body cleanse the lower bowel

Kidney Formula: aids in

eliminating wastes from the kidney and urinary tract

Liver & Gallbladder

Formula: helps cleanse the liver and gall bladder

Blood Stream Formula:

Massage is effective

against some muscle and tendon pain, relieves tension and stress

I came across this article and thought of you so thought I would shareA Natural Approach To

Healthy Living

By

Lucinda LPNHC

Facing

Fibromyalgia

So you have been

diagnosed with Fibromyalgia? Bummer, because this is a painful and obnoxious

disease. Eighty percent of the fibromyalgia patients are female. It has been classified

only in the past 10 years as a disease and still somewhat of a mystery to

science. I would suggest that a disease that is as common as asthma needs to be

put on the forefront of research.

Some studies show a link between Clinical Depression, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome,

Espstein-Barr virus, Mononucleosis and of course Candida albicans, anemia,

parasites and my own opinion and observations seems to connect it to

environmental contact with chemicals.

(but you know what they say about opinions don't ya?)

What is known is that there is a deficient amount of magnesium in the body and

an inablility to absorb magnesium. The diet should have magnesium intake

increased.

Magnesium sources are fish, apples, apricots, avocadoes, nuts, brown rice,

soybeans, bananas, kelp, black eyed peas, figs, grapefruit, peaches. Alot of

herbs are high in magnesium like alfalfa, bladderwrack, catnip, chickweed,

dandelion, horsetail, peppermint.

Another deficiency found in the Fibromylagia victim is the lack of Maltic Acid.

This can be found in fresh apples or in a supplement form. Did you notice that

apples have magnesium and maltic acid? An apple a day?.....

You may want to curtail your consumption of the nightshade family vegetables

like green peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, and white potatoes. The reason for this

is because they contain solanine that interferes with the muscle enzymes and

this can cause pain and discomfort.

Sleeping patterns and insomnia seem to be an issue also. You might try valerian

root and skullcap capsules at night or chamomile tea before bedtime.

Try to maintain a regular program of moderate exercise. Going for a daily walk

or mild stretching exercises working up to a low-impact aerobic exercise will

help. To overexert yourself can do more harm than good so take it slow building

up your activity level.

There is also another treatment called Myers Cocktail named after Dr.

Myers of s Hopkins University. It is a combination of IV vitamins

and minerals. It is reported that over 80% of the patients get relief from pain

after a few treatments. To find a MD near you that may be able to help contact

The American College for Advancement in Medicine at

practitioner.
