That was going to be my question...what were they recommending.

I'm glad that they are working with him; sounds like there are

several issues. I would wonder though, about the play skills...isn't

Kailey his main model? It will be good to see how the intervention

changes things (or not).

On another front, ...things are sort of okay now?

school type

Well, frankly, he sounds spectrum-ish until you get to the end where he is

apparently social and loves being the center of attention. I don't know...

What do you think?

well, as we well know, spectrum doesn't equal withdrawn. i think if he were to

get a dx right now, it would be pdd-nos, but what do i know? ;)

No, it doesn't. Not in the least. In fact, I think immediately of Enrique

at a concert of a composer whose name totally escapes me. That composer

whoever the heck he is always made a point of asking for a couple of song

title suggestions from the audience and then he would make a song on the

spot for that title. There were a few thousand people in the audience the

night Enrique and I attended and our seat was in the balcony, but

nonetheless Enrique caught the composer's attention and Enrique was the one

he chose to pick a song title.

Ah. Back in the days that Enrique merely seemed like a genius.

Quite a lot, I should think. And it sounds about right.

They are recommending exactly what he needs. I'm not at all surprised by the

results. I know you'll see some massive improvement with him getting therapy.

Now if we could just get him to visit here and play with us and not all the

neat toys. Ahhh who could blame the kid, I'd want to play with the toys also.

he is apparently social and loves being the center of attention.

See now I don't see this in Trevor. He's withdrawn and likes to be alone when

he's here. I can get him to open up but it's not easy. also craves

attention and seeks it so it's hard for me to judge this.

I think Trev is on the spectrum but then again I also think is.
