Gail, and other journalers and potential jouralers...this may make a difference to you, I know it is to me. I got on the scale this morning. My other mini goal was to not peek, but I had to. I have journaled every day and I have lost 2 lbs since Tuesday. I will keep journaling!Gail kidder wrote:

Thanks everyone for the b-day wishes. As to octopus, some foods suck. This one

literally sucks (the suckers are still on the tentacles). It has a chewy

calamari texture. I think it was the sauce that made it so bad though.
