Practitioner in Idaho or Allergy Information

I know of a child who is 8 months old, and is described as having an allergy to

soy and eczema and itchiness to the point of scratching himself until he bleeds,

and it's a lot of scratching and bleeding. I think they have Medicaid insurance.

It appears that they could afford a little out of pocket. They live in

Pocatello, Idaho. Any ideas? Thank you for your help.
