Andy has mentioned Life Extension Mix as a possibility. There are

many formulas and each has tons of ingredients. You could look into

those, although I've never tried them. See <www.lef.org> .

Thorne has various multi's (Basic Nutrients) without iron and copper.

You can find them at <www.illnessisoptional.com> .

Kirkman Labs has various formulas, see <www.kirkmanlabs.com> . I'm

pretty sure they don't have iron, but they might have copper.

It's hard to beat compounding your own custom mix, though.

The iron and copper free MultiMins I use are made by Biotics Research.

That is the brand my ND recommends. Apparently their labs are federally

inspected and thus their products are supposed to be purer than most.
