Guest guest
OK Larrae, Here is my contribution for *Cheesecake* Now this is my Mother's Family Recipe, I find it to be not heavy, but not super light and fluffy either. Just a darn good tasting cheesecake! You definitely won't feel like you ate the whole thing just eating one piece, not like some where you feel as you just swallowed a boulder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UGH! It calls for lemon jello, which is not my favorite, so I use wild strawberry, with fresh picked crushed strawberries on top! Mmmmmm Mmmmmmm GOOD! Mix any small pkg. flavor of jello you like with one cup of hot water and cool until set. ( not to hard) Cream 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar together. Whip 1 *cold* can of Carnation evaporated milk. Mix all three mixtures together. Put on top of graham cracker crust. Crust: 18 graham crackers, crushed. 1/4 lb. of butter, melted Little bit of sugar, little more then a pinch. Save a few crumbs to sprinkle on top. Press into a 9x13 pan, and pour mixture onto crust. Refrigerate ENJOY ALL! Cricket
