Guest guest Posted January 28, 2010 Report Share Posted January 28, 2010 No idea – we are south – 45 miles from the Red River – it started raining at 5:30 am My sister told me last night they closed the schools in town – been up since 6:30 am I just looked out the north facing window – wind blowing and still rain – it was close to 70 yesterday The temp is 35 degrees and feels like 14 degrees It says on my weather thingee the freezing rain starts about 2 pm and lasts until 6 ish then it changes to rain and snow around 7 pm and the snow starts around 8 pm then it gets bad Got milk yesterday and groceries on Monday – set for the duration This is number 3 since Christmas Eve My heart sisters husband called during the last one and got a conscious promise that I would call and he would come get me or I would come out if the electric went out or something – it would make my grand dogs ecstatic – I will hole up and stay under covers From: MSersLife [mailto:MSersLife ] On Behalf Of katelloydkidz@...
