Guest guest Posted January 28, 2010 Report Share Posted January 28, 2010 hi all, will in the mail to day, was a note form the ss office. is said if you get the ssp ( ssi for pa )your 26.00 will now be 22.00, now i do not get the ssi i get ssd. but i do know ppl that get it debbie h (cos ) so i called her and she got the same thing. she just got hers today also. and the start date for all of this is FEB 1 2010.....did they even have time to sent every one a note? i do not know if this is in every state or not all i know is about Pa. herb's mom got the same thing in the mail. on the other hand the liehep ( dpa office ) said that if you got help before Feb 2 they will give you 100.00 ( i do not get this ) but i had debbie h ( cos) call. she will get it. will that was in the mail, i hope your mail is better then mine ....peace to you all >>>debbi brant Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So they are taking $5 away...then I got that they are raising my food stamps by $2....I got liheap, already got the check, didn't get anything about $100, though, is that something separate? I don't qualify for the SSI supplement because I don't pay rent, and and I live together.. so someone is contributing to my support (the no rent deal) and I've never received the whole $26 or $27 for whatever reason the DPA sees fit for the reason to be.. So they are going to cut the SSP checks.. more money for Uncle Eddie's food bills I guess...
