Guest guest
Amy, both preganancies I started having leg cramps about 28-30 weeks. I took some extra calcium and that took them away within 24 hours. That might be worth trying. I am 30 weeks pregnnat and I get SUCH bad leg and foot cramps I can hardly stand it. I have to stand up at least 3 times a night to get them to go away. That is the only thing that helps is to stand up on it. Does anyone have ANY idea what could help with such bad cramps. I would really love some advice. Guest guest
During both of my pregnancies I got leg cramps when I pointed my toes, even if it happened in my sleep. I found that if I flexed my foot (heel down and top of foot toward leg) that stopped the cramps right away. Hope this helps. ~ Hillary

That should help with the leg cramps. <3 B
