Amy,

both preganancies I started having leg cramps about 28-30 weeks. I took

some extra calcium and that took them away within 24 hours. That might be

worth trying. :D

Ok sorry about sending this OT but I need help.

I am 30 weeks pregnnat and I get SUCH bad leg and foot cramps I can hardly

stand it. I have to stand up at least 3 times a night to get them to go

away. That is the only thing that helps is to stand up on it. Does anyone

have ANY idea what could help with such bad cramps. I would really love some

advice.

During both of my pregnancies I got leg cramps when I pointed my

toes, even if it happened in my sleep. I found that if I flexed my

foot (heel down and top of foot toward leg) that stopped the cramps

right away. Hope this helps. ~ Hillary

I've read or heard that you should take in more calcium and/or potassium.

That should help with the leg cramps.
