Guest guest Posted May 28, 2000 Report Share Posted May 28, 2000 During both of my pregnancies I got leg cramps when I pointed my toes, even if it happened in my sleep. I found that if I flexed my foot (heel down and top of foot toward leg) that stopped the cramps right away.
