Guest guest
Very good results with the experiment.. The MSM I am taking a few times a day has raised my energy just like the DMSA..A google said that it also affects the bile acid.It is very high in sulfur ,so I presume I am deficient in sulfur. I did take MSM about four years ago and notice a change then. After about six months I did not notice any difference.THe results with the MSMS were not so dramatic as I still suffered horrible fatigue..By then I had gone onto other liver herbs, dandelion, gentian.I unfortunately did not return to MSMS.A lesson in treating myself -- keep a record of what helps and go back to try it again if it helps at all. THis has always been a predominant symptom. With the irritable bowel I feel much more tired .The first fifteen years I did not have any spasms of pain as my bowel was in a constant spasm..I felt like my anus and bowel were constantly constricted and I felt sooo stiff I would not want to move at all.NOthing showed up in medical tests. THe last year since adding bile thinning supplements== whole artichoke leaf juice, product called Cynarol, the herb cramp bark the symptoms changed, also Molcosan. I was not so stiff and instead of the constant constriction it changed to sharp electric like pains that make me jerk, and more energy than the first years without the bile thinning herbs. Now with the MSM I have not had the sharp spasms nor the fatigue---!!!!! What a marvellous feeling --to feel I have the strength to move again adn eat without repurcussion!!! body1million -- > > body1million wrote: I did an experiment this round I first took 50 ALA every three hours > for a day. Guest guest
A lot of gut problems can come from taking antibiotics. Seems your intestines are a simbiotic organ and microrganisms, work to stimulate the immune system and create improtant enzymes etc. Once you kill them off with a round of antibiotics you can have problems - especially if bad ones take their place. Check out the Glyconutrient forum. It's all about this and the soluble gum fibre and stabalized aloe that people take to report all types of cures. It may be one part of the puzzle.
