We are from Winnipeg Manitoba but we go to Calgary for treatment.

Because we are out of province we had to pay approx. $2500 cdn.

Initially the lady thought we were from Alberta and said it would be

$1500. Maybe Alberta Health pays a portion. Just give them a call

and ask. If you need the number let me know and I can give it to

you. I also know that Calgary is switching to starbands so it will

probably be even cheaper because I think that typically starbands are

less expensive then doc bands which is what our son has.
