Guest guest
Ok, guys, this is going to get a bit graphic. Sorry. I think I have finally seen what yeast looks like! Amy will appreciate this....I was in the bathroom yesterday inspecting my (nt) son's poops (as usual) and there was this clear-white"slime" floating on top of the water- it didn't look like alot of it, but I was curious. So I grabbed a paper towel and sort of "dabbed it" to see if the paper would "grab" it so I could get a close look. Let me just say, this thing was like a damn jellyfish! And there was alot more of it than there first appeared to be. It had a couple of white stringy things hanging down. Could this really happen just from going 100% gfcf? (we're in our 4th week), or I was thinking it could be that mucous told us about that gluten produces in the stomach. The only thing I can think to compare it to is when kids get runny noses and it's all thick and nasty - it was just like that only coming out the other end! Any thoughts or experiences? - tammy

Guest guest
LOL, my eighteen year old has started looking at me like he's worried his mom may need professional help!! You should have seen the look on his face when I was trying to explain to him what to look for in HIS. He just slowly backed out of the room and went to hide out in the garage with his dad! (Yeah, like that'll keep him safe!) Amy > > Ok, guys, this is going to get a bit graphic. Sorry. > > I think I have finally seen what yeast looks like!
