Guest guest
Hi , Welcome to the group. You don't have anything to worry about. You're going to be in the most excellent hands. Cranial Tech are the leaders in treating plagio babies. They will let you know if your baby will benefit from a DOCband or not. Not all babies they see get banded, some are too mild to band. All of your questions will be answered before you even get to ask them. ;-) We have a lot of parents here that have used the DOCband. Hopefully they'll all chime in. Let us know how your appt goes. --- In Plagiocephaly , " emilybeth27 " <emilybeth27@y...> wrote: > > Hi. I'm new to the board, but I've been concerned about my son's head > for a while. Guest guest
,This is my son's website My Banded Baby it takes you through our whole plagio journey and will help you understand the whole process of treatment with the Doc Band. That should help you get all your questions in order. Cranial Tech. trains all of their clinicians completely and follows that with regular continuing education. My son wore three Doc Bands for severe inutero plagiocephaly and we are so happy. Feel free to email me anytime with questions. GATTVA@... CAROL G >> Hi. Guest guest
All CT clinicians are thoroughly trained to work the bands so your son will be in good hands. You can expect an honest opinion too. We'd had lot of parents who were told a band was not warranted. They'll tell you too if it's a borderline case. Check out a band. You'll be amazed how light they are. Good luck and let us know how it goes! Mom to Dane 4 yo and Cece 12 mo (DOC Grads) > > Hi.
