Guest guest
I've lived where I do for 8.5-9 years. Now, I have to move. But, it's being called a transfer. It seems the government gave a bunch of money to the housing authority. Apparently, they have to use it, or give it back. I will admit that some of the renovations are probably necessary; however, there is one thing that I just don't want and that's the mini-blinds. Our unit was given mini blinds several years ago; but, I didn't want them to be put up, so they still sit in the box they came in out in our storage unit. The unit that I move to will have the mini-blinds already up. I used to live in an apartment elsewhere in town that had mini-blinds and those things are so hard to clean and to keep clean. Honestly, I just don't want to use up my spare energy cleaning mini-blinds. My tentative move out date is April 24th. If I can get moved out of here and into the new unit, I'll get $100 credit. If it takes 7 days, I'll get $50. If it takes the full 14 days to move out, I won't get any credit. For every day after 14 days, that it takes to move, I'll get charged $15 for each day past the 14 days. We are going to be moving 2 doors down from where we live right now, so it's not far; but, I'm going to need extra help that I won't be able to get from my sons.
