Guest guest
They're not going to transfer him. The last time I spoke to sped head she said that they could put him in another class but that he would still have this teacher part of the day. There are six sped kids in the entire school. The other primary school has no sped kids at all. We'll have to go to another county I suppose. Guest guest
Oh Sissi, This is so crazy...I hope something can be sorted out at your and our end SOON! I must have been living in cloud cuckoo land, I mean you hear about the things that happen BUT you never think it will happen to you. I guess I was naive in my thinking that everybody would love Liesel as I do! Louisa

Guest guest
Sissi, I think you are going to have to give it to them with any and all ammo you have. If you contact the state authorities, and publicize this, you will have their cooperation and SOON! Is there another school in the area that has more SPED kids? Even in another county? If you fight it long enough and well enough, I'll bet you can get him a transfer to another school and make your current district pay for all of it (transportation, too.) If I had fought it, I think I could have made my local district pay for Brandt's private school and transportation to it. However, I didn't know then what I do now and I happen to work for the district I would have been suing. (Not a really good idea if you happen to need that income...) I am sure you know the 's Law website. You seem to know every website....LOL Maybe they have some ideas there? Leggs PS Glad to hear about yet another smoker. I will gladly bring/send you cigarettes in jail, but I'd rather you didn't end up there. What brand do you smoke? Forget the nicotine patches. Tried 'em, didn't take. Think we just need less stress in our lives. And what chance is there of THAT? I'm with Jacquie, I'll quit when and if this young man who lives here moves out on his own and stays gone for over 2 hours or so...FAT CHANCE! LOL
