All I know is what I've experienced...pool water has never bothered me and the exercise helps rejuvenate me. I hope he takes lessons and enjoys himself thoroughly.

Hi Just want to let you know that I have been swimming my whole life seriously. During winter I train up to 8 hours a week. So on my side 100% safe.
