I had my amalgams out in May, so we are comming up on the three

month thing. I have heard many say they get sicker around three

months post removal. I think that is happening to me. I am on

vitamins and minerals. Building up to Andy's amounts slowly. Still

can't tolerate selenium. I have not begun chelation yet. I am having

a lot of mood swing problems, irritable, dry eyes, just feel cruddy

the past two weeks. Like I need to get something out of my brain. I

am having trouble thinking straight.

Some days it's worse, and I know it's the mercury because I get

nightmares. Which I had almost nightly before my fillings were

removed. They went away after removal up until I started feeling bad

again. And on days when I have used the sauna and am feeling better,

no bad dreams. I have even noticed that the improvements in my

vision I saw after removal, are slowly going away.

I have about two weeks to go before I reach the three months to use

ala. Am I right to think it's time to start dmsa? We are already

using Andy's protocol for dmsa/ala with my two kids.

Just looking for some others experiences post removal and how you

felt/delt with it. When you decided to chelate. I did try to at

first but got really physically sick. Too soon, they said.

Thanks in advance for anyone whom has the time to respond or offer

suggestions.
