so the option for homebound kids have been taken out? i thought it went

in that students can now be instructed beyond the physical address of

the school from what i read. that was changed?

& gt; & gt; other changes. We tried to reduce / eliminate the 1 year

& gt; & gt; got washed out of the Bill late in session.

& gt; & gt; Regardless there are positive steps in the correct direction

with

& gt; & gt; and a call or e-mail to Governor Charlie asking him to pull

out his

& gt; & gt; papermate and sign on the dotted line would be appropriate.
