Hello friends,Each year I grow more grateful for precious friends like YOU.Sometimes I wish I could jump over all of the holiday hooplah and dive right into the new year.

I love a new year!In a new year we have the opportunity to begin again and everything is possible.Before we begin the new year I want to acknowledge YOU and let you know that just by being you, you have contributed in some way to my spiritual and professional growth... and I hope that I have also contributed in some way to your success and prosperity. You may be a subscriber to my newsletter or my blog who inspires me to keep doing what I do or you may be a member of a mutual discussion list or social community where we exchange ideas and encourage one another.Everyone we meet changes our life in some way.THANK YOU for finding your way into my life!Of all the resources I study to further my spiritual growth, there is one thread that runs throughout, and that is LOVE.When we express love we are raising our own spiritual consciousness or vibrational frequency - and sending love to everyone around us is literally sharing love with the world.Imagine the difference each of us can make if every time you see someone anywhere and everywhere you say out loud or silently, "I love you."Love is a form of meditation.

Sit quietly for a few minutes and simply say silently, "I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you..."FEEL the difference.The next time you get angry with someone, send love.

Just say silently "I love you."You can choose love in any situation.

It is YOUR choice.So, as we each make our way through all the holiday celebrations and get ready to celebrate the beginning of a new year, know that you ARE loved and that your presence here on earth is meaningful and makes a difference in the lives of those around you.You have the opportunity to be, do and have anything you want, and you don't have to wait for the new year.

Begin now.

Choose to think and say only high vibration thoughts and words.I am grateful for...I love you because you are you.I love myself because I am me.I appreciate you because...I appreciate myself because...I choose peace. I AM peace.I choose joy. I AM joy.I choose abundance. I AM abundance.I choose well being. I AM well being.I CHOOSE LOVE.I CHOOSE LOVE.May your holiday celebrations be bright and shiny with joy and may your new year begin with a bang that expands throughout the year to being you more peace, more joy, more abundance, more well being and MORE LOVE.Give more love.
