Guest guest
Edith, can you try an antihistamine like benadryl, zyrtec or claritin? They may help with the swelling. I take zyrtec and also use nasalcrom. Also drink LOTS of water, and sleeping propped up at night rather than laying flat may help. I know how it is - hang in there, Jen >I need help again. I am in a very bad shape this morning, my face swelled up >so much I have never seen it like this before. Guest guest
Edith, I have bouts of facial swelling myself. In addition to Jen's great suggestions, I find that an otc acid reducer called Tagamet helps greatly. I take 200 mg. a day and I believe the generic name for this drug is cimetidine. Also, I find that taking one or two tablets of children's aspirin helps. Hope you're feeling better soon! Matija > Edith, can you try an antihistamine like benadryl, zyrtec or claritin?
