Guest guest
Hi , One more thing I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND: Learn to tap on the ends of your energy meridians, to clear overages, backed up energy, other people's stuff and your own old stuff. The technique, in its modern form, is called EFT or Emotional Freedom technique. It was popularized by Craig, an engineer, who streamlined it from Dr. Callahan's work. I am aware that it is ancient in origin. I know of Tibetan monks who use tapping on people. So, it would be more accurate to say it was " rediscovered " by Callhan and Craig than invented by them, just as Reiki was " rediscovered " by Usui and has been around since ancient times. The website for EFT is www.emofree.com. You can read an online manual there. You can also sign up to get on their free newsletter. But know that since it was written, EFT has been forther streamlined. I took a training in it that's much shorther, and since then I learned an even shorter method. Perhaps some of the other HH folks who know EFT would be willing to post more info on it. Namaste, Kanta > > Greetings to all!
