Help with Numbness Please?

Hi Marilyn

There are many things that numbness could be. You may wish to start

with a general physical check up just to eliminate anything so you do

not have to worry about it being something physical. Sometimes stress

can bring on a physical feeling of numbness I know that I have had

that happen during times of anxiety..it is a natural way the body will

cope with being over whelmed and resting and self-care such as a few

warm baths and some chamomile tea and just taking time for yourself

along with some great positive affirmations will help this to pass.

Positive affirmations are wonderful for stress and many people here

offer some wonderful ones... If you are under stress try and figure

out what is worrying you and then once you have thought about the most

positive way to handle these things in prayer and meditation devise

some positive statements that you really believe and use them over and

over to help calm you when you are worried or when you feel stress.

If that is not the cause of the numbness it may have to do with

ascension symptoms or something else...there are many people here who

may have thoughts and answers for that.
