I guess it would help to get the website right:

www.howdyneighbor.com/jbayliss/crook.htm. Maybe we will get it right

this time!

Hi ,

I went and had a look, out of curiosity. I've found lately that I

seem to have an almost constant yeast infection which is

really getting me down. I've had treatment from the doctor

which seems to help, but then it returns : (

Anyway, I was shocked that alot of the symptons I get, and

my score was.....*gasp* .......262, which is right off the scale!

Hi Judith and ,

Mucous in the stool is a sure sign of candida overgrowth. The candida microbe

uses this mucous to retain decaying

food particles and bacteria so that the next food mass is contaminated. This

ruins the digestive processes and large

amounts of the food mass becomes indigestible. Now candida has a food source and

an environment to thrive. Another

sign is a white coating on the tongue and when this condition has persisted for

a lenth of time cracks in the center

of the tongue will occur because of vitamin B deficiencies. This cycle continues

until digestion improves, transit

time is sped up, and complete elimination is ensured.

Take care,

Mark

Hi Mark,

My diet's going pretty good. I haven't noticed redness like before,

even while on medication. If I didn't use my metrogel exactly 12

hours apart, I would develop a lot of acne that would most likely

clear up by morning. I haven't had this problem while on the diet.

I'll probably end up gaining a few pounds from all that olive oil but

I don't think it will really hurt me. I am 5'8 " at 135 lbs and am

athletic. I'm trying to run a little bit more than usual (31/2 miles

twice a week). This diet is definitely helping my digestion and

encourages me to eat three healthy meals a day. The healthiest I've

eaten in awhile!!! I usually only ate one meal a day; I tend to eat

to survive and not for enjoyment.

I wonder if my skin texture will clear? Very suddenly after the

development of my rosacea (within a few months), I had an all-over

skin change on my face. Almost looks like a rash of tiny red bumps

that are permanent that erupt ever so often. Was your problem this

severe or did you have the typical red face with smooth skin?

P.S. I also have the white tongue but not to sure about the cracks.

Don't really know what is normal. I don't have any pain there!

Thanks again for the info; you sound very knowledgeable about this

subject.
