Keep in mind that Olmsted County is not particularly diverse, or

representative of the population. It's primarily composed of those of

northern European descent (not that that's a bad thing :)), which has a

higher incidence of PSC than most.

County, Minnesota:

" The prevalence of PSC in 2000 was 20.9 per 100,000 men (95% CI, 9.5

to 32.4) and only 6.3 per 100,000 women (95% CI, 0.1 to 12.5). " ...
