The Hillsborough Achievement and Resource Centers is conducting a survey to determine the experiences of caregivers and clients who have looked for or directly encountered mental health or therapy services in Hillsborough County. This survey will help us understand your issues and concerns, and help us plan for future therapy services to support the mental health needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This survey is very important to us. Your opinions are important to us. The survey will only take about 5 minutes to complete. By completing and returning the survey, you agree and consent to participating in this confidential research study.
