Medwaiver Medicaid Application Question

Hi everyone,

My son has medicaid because he receives SSI. I was told by the Medicaid office

that since he has Medicaid they can't put him on the Medicaid waiver waiting

list. They sound like they didn't know what Medwaiver Medicaid was.

He qualifies now for Medicaid but in the future if I get a raise at work or

something like that he will not qualify anymore. That's why I wanted him to have

the Medwaiver Medicaid in the future.

I need advice please.
