What is the take on Mccarthy in the autism community?? I was over her the first time I heard about her. For one thing she advocated a cure that few of us could actually afford. Second of all she lumps all kids with autism into one group. Am I of the majority that resents her or the minority? Just curious....

I'm not a bandwagon girl, but I am VERY happy she has brought so much attention to the subject. I think when you have one kid, it's easy to think they are all that way, you have 2 kids, 3 kids....
