Hi All –

I wanted to share a really great video with all of you. As most of you

know, I have an 18 year old son with autism who will be graduating from

Freedom

High School on June 3rd.

It’s been a long road, but we are so proud of all that Drew has accomplished

throughout his school years. One of the most positive experiences for him

has been his music and singing. He simply LOVES music. As such, we

fought really hard to get Drew in the regular chorus class at

Freedom High School .

This year, he had a wonderful teacher, Mr. W, who took him under his wing and

welcomed him into his class. Last week, Drew participated in the Spring

Concert with his classmates. He played and sung “Beat

Drew’s motto this year has been “success begins with an

opportunity.†I think it is very important for all of us to

remember that our children will never excel at something unless we give them
