Guest guest
Hi, As more and more people say that Mark's diet has helped them, I was wondering if those with food triggers who follow his diet have been able to eat those foods that caused the problems in the first place. Also, I was wondering if you're able to withstand external triggers such as heat, wind and cold better. I can control my rosacea through avoiding my trigger foods and not getting too overheated. However, there are circumstances where I can't avoid the heat or eat a trigger food without knowing. Anybody's input is very much appreciated!! Thanks, Matija
Guest guest
Hi Everyone, It's far too early (3 weeks) for me to be claiming " success " with Mark's Diet, but I can tell you I have had noticeable improvement in some systemic symptoms that I believe are linked to my cea. The red, hot, swollen hands are gone, as is the blotchy redness on my arms and the " v " area of my neck. I feel better, too. As for the face, I have had 8 sessions of Photoderm so that was more or less under control previous to my trying the diet. I can say that I haven't had any papules in a few weeks, or transient flushing as I had experienced prior to this. My whole attitude toward the plan is, what do you have to lose? Mark suggests a wholesome diet that I can't imagine hurting any otherwise healthy person. I haven't even proven to myself that I suffer from Leaky Gut, but I figured I would give this an honest try before making that determination.
