Be VERY careful with anything in a " casing " (ei: Sausages, kielbasa, hotdogs, etc.)...many people experience great difficulty when trying to digest this after WLS (including myself at times). Just wanted to make people " think " before trying new things, but again, and as always, you won't know what you can tolerate until you're crossed over and have to learn from our mistakes! Dawn Re: other side! You can try eating a sausage link, chicken patty and fish stick too. Bleu cheese was my favorite.
