The neuro I saw said my son didnt need anything at all. He said there was no tilt in his neck. His head wasnt lopsided and the "big" ear is just a little bigger. Everything lined up good enough, My son is in a helmet and is going to be start PT.. The plastic surgeon I saw recommended it..
