Guest guest
For those of you who give your kids cod liver oil, I wanted to give it a try. How much do you give per day? Is it based upon the child's weight or age? Joyce
Guest guest
Please see my response to the " Vitamins " posting. And I wanted to add that one tiny capsule (easy to swallow if mixed with apple sauce) contains 300ml of Omega 3 which is the equivalent Omega of one whole bottle of Cod Fish Oil!! You will see better results using Moxxor. Email me if you have questions, Ida > > For those of you who give your kids cod liver oil, I wanted to give it a try. How much do you give per day? Guest guest
you also can overdose with cod liver oil (Vit A and D included) as opposed to fish oil. Vit A is not that hard to overdose. So make sure you follow either the label's or your doctor's directions for weight. > Please see my response to the " Vitamins " posting. Guest guest
I give my child Barlean's liquid fish oil - it is ultra-purified and has omega-3 EPA/DHA and it tastes good. It was recommended on this group a couple of months ago. She is speaking in longer sentences and is calmer - even when she has pms!!
