i stopped my levoxyl 2 weeks ago and have been on cytomel since then

(2 weeks left until i stop that, 2 weeks more to check TSH, then RAI,

yadda yadda, you know the drill). My doc told me i wouldn't have

symptoms until i stopped the cytomel, but one week into it I started

feeling bad. not as bad as I did the first time i went hypo (i had

such terrible body aches and pains that got progressively worse -

until i couldn't walk more than 50 feet without stopping to sit down

and rest for a couple minutes). At first i figured it was just

depression/stress from knowing i had to have rai again - but the last

few days i'm definitely in almost-full-blown brain fog. I don't

trust myself to drive right now, and i've been forgetting even the

most basic things. it's definitely worse when i get up - i'm trying

to make sure i take my cytomel pills 12 hours apart.

anyway, i was just looking to see if anyone else had a similar

experience. I was hoping to have a few more weeks of normalcy until

the whole hypo/lid/rai experience, i have a trip planned for this

weekend and jury duty in 2 weeks, and i'm just wondering if it's

downhill from here until it's all over... this only applies to

people who have gone through this and had hypo symptoms - i felt like

i was being chided after my first post for scaring people off or

being scared by other posters, but i really and truly had a bad time

with hypo symptoms before - bad enough that i did seriously consider

NOT being treated again - and i thought this was the only place i'd

find others who can sympathize.

thanks!
