Continued Pustular Outbreaks--Help?

I am 41 year old male with ruddy skin, mild seb. derm and have had

acne since 17 years old. I have had three courses of Accutane that

helped while I was on but then things went back to normal. I get

this rabid " pustular " type of acne that flares with very sore bumps

which turn to huge pustules overnight. Also, I have a chronic

folliculitis on my scalp which has been cultured a " normal flora " or

no growth four times. I am sick and tired of my life being ruined

by this. I have everything else going for me except I must limit my

life because I am often covered with pustules and sores. I cannot

take any more Accutane. I feel it is hopeless. Why should a 41 year

old male be covered with pustules and make-up? Especially after the

damage I have done to my body with three courses of accutane. I am

ready to eat a bullet! It seems hopeless in nature. The options

have run out for me!
