I would get the band.....the back of the head really seems to be the only issue and it almost looks like my daughter's..she is 5 months old and will be banded as soon as we can get the ok from insurance.

He seems pretty mild and would not be in it long, at least from what I saw..by the way...HE IS SOOOO CUTE!Becky
