Does anyone out there have a promotional exam in their Communications

Center? To promote from Call-taker to Dispatcher.

We have in the past promoted using senority and an exam in protocol

and SOP's. But I'm also looking for something that includes multi-

tasking and critical thinking.

with a solid Comm. Center. If she doesn’t have one, she knows someone who
