Guest guest
Hi. That is great news! Thank you for sharing it and encouraging some of us with older plagio/brachy kids. My daughter is 17 months old and 4 1/2 weeks from finishing up with DOCBand #2. Seven months of treatment will be completed in April. We have seen remarkable improvement as well, especially in the facial asymmetry. We won't have final measurements until April, but we started at 11mm CV and 3mm facial when she was about 11 1/2 months old. My husband and I are going to have our measurements done too just for comparison's sake. While we will always be happy that treatment is available, we too are looking forward to the end of this ordeal. Was he brachy or plagio? Did you do an exit cast? ~ dd Liliana > > I just wanted to share that my son was banded through Cranial > Technolgies beginning at 18 months of age, and after only 2 and a half > months in the band, he was finished, with his assymetry in the normal > range (actually, his head is now more symmetrical than mine is ;-)!
