Guest guest
Thank you for such a warm welcome everyone! It makes me feel better already. I hope this finds everyone well or as well as can be expected. I have some fatigue and I was wondering if anyone found that exercise helped or hindered them. Chasing after my 2 year old and housework can be exercise enough some days but I was thinking of whether it would help combat the fatigue or not. Does anyone take naturopathic remedies? I have been taking milk thistle combo as well as my ursodiol (I think that's like actigall) but with all of the inflammation that seems to be part of the problem with this and crohn's, I was thinking there may be some naturopathic solutions. Looking forward to hearing from you, Deb;) _________________________________________________________________ Don’t waste time standing in line—try shopping online. Guest guest
Hi Deb, I also have small childrem my littlest one was only 6 mons. old when I was diagnosed. When the fatigue hit me it got real bad. I was falling a sleep at my desk at work and just didn't have energy for anything. I was see a chiropractor at the time and he refered me to an acupuncturist. I started seeing here twice a week. I made sure to tell her about by liver problem (there are different points for different causes of fatigue) and the fact that I was exhausted all the time, nauseous, and had very little appetite. This with takeing a long walk each day seemed to work for me. I was able to be there for my kids and be active again. I actually mannaged to continue to work work up to the week before my transplant. FYI - We had spent a long busy week in Hawaii about 4 weeks before that and I didn't even need to take a nap while on the trip. Pat > > Thank you for such a warm welcome everyone!
