Guest guest
Has anyone had glycolic wash treatments? That is what was suggested for my blocked pores. But I am afraid to try it. I have a lot of blackheads on my nose and miliia on my checks. Will it make the rosacea area worse? I can't seem to find something that will help the " acne " areas that doesn't also irritate the redness areas. Forgot to add that I am allergic to sulfur which cuts out a lot of acne products. Guest guest
There has been some disagreement about this, but I think that it's best to avoid any products with alpha hydroxy acids (aha) in them. (glycolic acid is one) Even at very small concentrations (a product with 4% glycolic acid is one I used), it can irritate your skin. I may have had mild rosacea before I started using this product but it really made it much, much worse. It helped at first, but then my skin flared for weeks afterwards. Take care!
