How appropriate the day which symbolizes the birth of Christ also begins a cycle of Earth energy. Energy pulsed during the Caban Trecena relates to Earth and all her inhabitants. This energy can be considered by some as progressive and sometimes controversial. (Does that sound a little like the life of Christ?) Changes brought about with Earth energy can be as sudden, causing shifts and upheaval. As with many spiritual leaders, the waves of change created by this one man shook civilization to its very foundation, and are still felt today. Are there changes in our personal foundation which would make us more resilient, more flexible to the changes ahead? Do we realize our pure potential for being a wave of light for self, our brothers and sisters who share this globe with us, and the entire Universe? Do we see that potential in others? One person can make a difference. Today, on the Ox Lahun Kan (13 Seed) I would like to honor the seed of ascension within each of you.
